Learn Floral Centerpiece design. We will work with composition, color blending, choosing flowers, negative space, movement and other core concepts that are the building blocks of airy, loose, effortless looking design.

Create a beautiful arrangement in a vessel you get to take home and design in forever.

Includes flowers, vessel and flower frog, use of floral shears, fun beverages and light snacks.

Location is on a beautiful garden property on Ocean Street Extension in Santa Cruz.

High Summer Flower Arranging

Learn how to turn cut flowers into works of art for your home. You will learn how to work with composition, color and shape. You will get to design an arrangement using an abundance of blooms, and take it home, vase and all.

This is the best time of year to work with flowers and you’ll have your hands on the highest quality, locally-grown, organic blooms - the best of the best! Beginners are welcome, and also anyone interested in flowers, color and design.

Wreath Workshop to Benefit California Fire Victims

Learn how to make a seasonal wreath while helping benefit human and animal fire victims. Amazing dried materials from garden and hedgerows will be provided, as well as snacks and instruction.

Cost is by donation and all proceeds go to help fire victims.

Class will be held this Thursday November 15, 6:30- 8:30 pm at my studio at 515 Broadway in Santa Cruz.
